At Just Peachee we design bespoke and tailor made sessions that are delivered by an experienced female personal trainer, either face to face or on line. Whether your goal is to lose weight, follow a healthy lifestyle, improve your mental health or improve your general fitness we can help you take command to achieve it.
We know that working with a personal trainer can be daunting, however we are here to help you set realistic goals, educate you, perfect your form and not waste your time so that you can achieve maximum results. Our passion is to achieve your goals to make you feel amazing, fit, healthy and to love your body.
We are able to do all of this online, at your home or place of work. 

Corporate Well-Being

Just Peachee has been specialising in On-site massage and well-being since 2010.
Data shows that 4.3 million Brits are unhappy at work and cite stress as the main contributing factor. Here at Just Peachee we offer Wellbeing Programs, Massage, Staff Nutrition, Pelvic Floor Seminars and work based fitness. There are a number of coping techniques for stress, one being corporate massage, it is proven to help lower stress level, reduce tension and significantly boost staff morale.
Spending money on corporate morale can in the long run save you money as it can help lower sick leave and absenteeism, raise employee retention, lower stress and tension in the workplace and lower employee turnover.
Staff return to their desks feeling relaxed fresh and more positive.
On-site massage is ideal for the workplace or a corporate event as it’s a fully clothed seated massage which is quick and clean as no oils are used. It can be performed at your staff’s desk of on a specially designed ergonomic chair in a private area away from their desk.
On-site massage can be booked as a stand-alone service or as part of a well-being programme.
We also offer staff nutrition or weight loss advice, nutrition workshops, well-being programmes and work based fitness. All of our programmes are tailor made to suit your needs.
Some of these services can be offered on line as well as face to face.

We specialise in weight loss and healthy eating. If you are trying to drop a dress size by losing weight safely or follow a healthy eating plan we have the nutrition advice for you. Under no circumstances should your general health be sacrificed when trying to achieve weight loss remember your diet directly impacts your well-being.

Being pregnant is a very exciting time in your life and it’s vital to keep yourself fit and healthy.
There are obviously many questions that come to mind when planning how to exercise during and after pregnancy this is why it is extremely important to know how to do it safely.
Overall and in most cases it is safe to exercise and it has a vast number of benefits for you physically, your baby and your mental well-being. Whilst you are pregnant it can help to reduce backache, improve your posture, promote muscle tone, improve strength and endurance, help you sleep better and may improve your ability to cope with labor as well as a number of other benefits.
There are also multiple benefits to postnatal exercise whether you had a vaginal birth or a caesarean section, exercise can enhance your mood by increasing the levels of feel good chemicals (endorphins) in your brain, boost your energy levels improve strength and stamina, help relieve aches and pains. Longer term exercise can help you lose weight. It’s a great idea to introduce exercise to your new routine early on so that it becomes a habit.
We can guide you through each trimester and then again after the birth. We have exercised during and after pregnancy ourselves so we know it can be daunting and that is why working with a fully qualified personal trainer you can feel assured that we are able to devise a safe and effective exercise plan which will be tailor made for you. We are also Adore your pelvic floor coaches so we know how to exercise your pelvic floor correctly throughout pregnancy and beyond. This service is available face to face or on line.
